Rated 5 out of 5 by from Beautiful Home! We purchased a "move-in ready" home which was beautifully designed by Cindy. Her color and design choices gives the home a warm and inviting feel while creating the perfect backdrop to our transitional-style furniture and decor. Our sales consultants, Dominique & Jordan, and builder, Matthew, were in constant communication with us throughout the home-building process which took about six months. The builder addressed concerns quickly and was always more than happy to answer any questions. We thoroughly enjoyed our home buying experience with our David Weekley team!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from A Christmas Gift From the time we walked in to meet Tina till the time we closed it was a superb experience. I am the what if type of person and the purchase depended on the sale of our property. They were able to accommodate any challenges that came up were quickly responded to with actions and direction. My family is forever grateful for the experience, but also for the memories that will come from this home.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Bad quality of work, poor design, design flaws -Bad attitude of sales and builder -Poor design of the driveway & exterior -cheap and poor quality paint work, exterior work, cabinets. Just simply cost cutting. -very bad attitude (I have been told by the sales & builder often how fast they can sell this house without us) -wrong statements made in the name of "city rules" etc. -Didn't fix flaws we pointed during the construction, and we were assured it will be fixed. After construction, we are being told that they can't fix it anymore and I am the one having to live with it.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from We love our home! The home building process took awhile but we knew going into it that it would be slow process. We were informed of our steps along the way, what we thought would be delays weren't actually delays. We enjoyed the process we visited our home often during the building process and could see the small changes as they were happening. All in all the process was enjoyable, we were informed, and we love our new home.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Good went Bad I do have picture but not on this phone and since we are still moving in I do not have access to my PC. Long story short at first it was great, didn't get everything we wanted but the plan and lot was good. Sales lady was good at first but few months into it she became hostile and at one meeting we felt threaten by her actions and words. We no longer communicated with her, but our realtor did. We are into a lot of things twice found human feces in the house. Had to change brick and paint. Had to change the carpet under mat. Most of the wall are not square, I mean really no square. Had issues with Tile in all areas where there is tile. Have pictures. The builder Garrett was great, if it was not for him, we would have walked. Garrett to this day still checks in on us. My honest opinion the sales lady needs to be fired. It was bad.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Wonderful experience buying a new home The entire experience working with David Weekley was a wonderful experience. The representative and builder were both very attentive whenever I had questions, and the did everything they could to address any concerns I had. They were very interested in ensuring that the house would be as perfect as possible when we moved in. They even identified areas that needed to be adjusted instead of waiting for me to point something out or realize something might need to be changed. They also made sure these concerns were addressed instead of just assuming so. I would highly recommend working with David Weekley when purchasing a new home.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Wonderful Builder! We have had a fantastic experience from start to finish. DW leaves no stone unturned to ensure their customers have the home of their dreams. My husband and I constantly tell each other “I love this house!” and enjoy every moment of memory making in it.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from After Closing Building the home was fine. The day of closing, we blue taped a lot throughout the house with the promise that it would all get taken care of. The trees out front don't have anything to hold them up straight. We asked the builder to secure them but never heard back. We asked them to fix cracked cabinets. They tried to putty over one or two issues. I had to call and have two cabinet doors replaced. It took 3 trades to come fix 2 doors. A lot of the current issues I have are issues that were promised to be replaced or fixed before we closed. There were un even blind rods in one bedroom. Never got a replacement. One side of the garage was not caulked. I had to stay home from 8-12 several days over multiple weeks to have things taken care of. The shower door company "ran into a problem" at a previous stop before mine and no one let me know. They said they'd be there by 2pm but I had to pick up my kids so I had to reschedule that. The plumbing company that came to replace a cracked toilet seat installed a USED and UNCLEAN toilet seat. Then when confronted about it said that he didn't know...he grabbed the wrong box. He didn't notice that it was taped closed, the toilet seat itself was not wrapped in plastic like a new one would've been and did not have all the parts to even put it on correctly. They came back the next day and left a brand new one. In a box that had never been opened and the toilet seat was wrapped in plastic with all the parts. As they should've installed the first time. My husband installed it and noticed the shoddy install the plumber did, especially since all the parts weren't there. I'm currently waiting on a shower door to be adjusted and for the cabinet company to come out and fix cracks in cabinet doors, drawer pulls that were supposed to have been fixed...it really just needs to be replaced. The garage floor, during the build process, was epoxied. Which is fine, but no one let us know and we had already scheduled and paid a deposit for someone to epoxy the floor after closing. Mud on the exterior bricks was painted over and has since peeled off leaving brown brick exposed. The kitchen island was bowed out. Uneven coats of paint in the house. A sink in the master bathroom already had the drain stop break. A chip in the master bathtub. The "beam" in the living area was some sort of fake wood. It looked terrible. They used cedar on the bottom, but because it was all pieced together and the house has shifted you can see the pieces of wood that didn't get stain. All these little things we notice and add up over time, but it is so much of a pain to wait around for 3 different trades to come fix one thing, it's almost not worth it. Overall, after the home building/buying process we have been fairly unhappy. Considering this home was over a half million dollars, the work definitely does not reflect that, at all.
