While we were considering various neighborhoods and developments in the North DFW area, we kept experiencing a lack of information and willingness for the builders to provide information when asked. Many other builders would require an appointment to even discuss layout and structural pricing, yet wouldn’t have any available appointments to even GET this information TO make a decision on where to narrow down our search. When we initially reached out to Tina at David Weekley at Mustang Lakes, she was very quick to respond and answer ALL questions we had about the area, floor plans, pricing, and sent emails with pictures, and specific neighborhood pricing for upgrades. This information gave us the confidence to move forward with purchasing a David Weekley home in North DFW. I can honestly say that Tina is the reason we felt comfortable, and felt like we had enough information to purchase a house in this neighborhood by giving us more than enough information to make our decision. She cares about providing accurate and quick responses so the homebuyers CAN make informed decisions. This is a night and day difference when compared to many home builders all across north DFW. We had reached out to the majority of builders and neighborhoods in the area, and weren’t any farther along in the process than we were 2 months prior (before contacting Tina). Could not recommend Tina more (as well as David Weekley homes). Highest recommendation from our family. Do yourself a favor and reach out! We have been in our new home now for roughly 2.5 weeks and the David Weekley team (Tina A. and Adam P.) have both been far exceeding any expectations we had throughout the entire process. Very happy overall with the entire process.

She was absolutely amazing. She help me pick my dream home and even help get me finance when I got denied . She was so positive and God fearing . She was my rock throughout this process. I almost threw in the towel several times but she convinced me to hang in there. She was so encouraging through out the entire process. She worked with the builder Jake , who by the way has been amazing as well. Jake is very personable and kind . He listen to my concerns and took care of it . David weekly even helped with closing cost , I was blown away. I am forever grateful for the kindness and professionalism I was shown. I would highly recommend this builder and his staff! They were Absolutely fabulous ! Thank you all for everything! My kids & I are grateful! We are continually thank you Jesus for own new blessing, our new home!

I didn't think that our experience couldn't get any better after our first home, but I was wrong. Our sales agent (Laurel) and our builder (Bradley) were nothing short of amazing. We got an amazing deal, and they delivered on everything they promised. I know if we ever build another home, it will be another Weekley. We recommend Weekley to anyone looking for a new build.

Considering how overwhelming it could be moving from out of state, we could do it because of a wonderful David Weekly team as they were able to accomodate each and every request talking through with us with utmost professionalism and willingness to help. Our special thanks go to our main contact and consultant Jordan Garrette who was updating us on a weekly basis along with Holt Harvey overseeing the construction. They have attention to detail and form a perfect team. We also would like to extend our thanks to Karen Gaither who helped us with the design selection, and Jenn Walters who walked us through the house layout and various nitty gritties especially important aspects of the home. We are happy to see our dream home come live, currently living and enjoying every moment. Would highly recommend anyone who wants to purchase to go with David Weekly. We didn't get to experience the whole nine yards of building from the bottom to the top, but we did get to find a beautiful home that is actually perfect for me and my husband! The home is everything we could have asked for and more and we think it really was meant for us. Everyone at David Weekly has been absolutely loving and kind and patient with us through the whole journey of buying our first home! We couldn't be more grateful especially for our salesperson Tim! David Weekley stunned us with the intentionality and craftsmanship of their home builds. The moment we toured our new home, we KNEW it was built for us. Stephanie Hall (our DW Sales Consultant) and John Sheffield (our DW Builder) both represented David Weekley exceptionally well! My husband and I simply can't imagine our home-buying experience going any better with that dynamic duo! Stephanie and John were so informative, responsive, forthcoming, kind, and respectful. Both my agent and builder kept me informed about the updates regarding my home and we(both me and my wife) were active and were able to do bi-weekly visits during the build process. It was a new and funny experience for us as this was was first home. We informed builder/agent of any differences from what was picked/chosen and the builder promptly got them addressed. From pre-dry wall to close, Cameron followed up with us closely and Tanja did amazing job of keeping up updated on entire process. If there is something I had to suggest, here it is. 1)Design center experience could be improved to give us a realistic idea of how home look like with selections made. My wife was little upset about trim color of Garage door and Gutters installed. 2)Water shutoff for the home(atleast for us) is placed upstairs in the small utility rom which makes it a difficult to install water purification system as there isn't much space there. Ideally placing it in garage would have been much better approach for all practical reasons.

But not happy with builder and workman ship quality of DavidWeekley. 2 times builder change happened for our home. First change was valid due to builder personal reason but 2nd change dont know why it happened. After the 2nd builder change, home construction speed increased all of the sudden that we felt home was built in hurry by not considering quality and just to focus on delivering home by certain deadline. I felt our builder should be more focused on workers when working on critical items like flooring, garage door, appliances, cabinets, HVAC, door and window trims. As i have found lot of issues related to these and it was a lot of hassle for us to follow up with builder to get it fixed. And some of these are not fixed to our satisfaction before closing. In short 1.sales team is awesome 2. Build quality is not good because of builder inattentiveness and workman ship quality 3. Need to update design option for complete scratch build and design team need to be more helpful in chosing the option which works best for customers.

David Weekley stunned us with the intentionality and craftsmanship of their home builds. The moment we toured our new home, we KNEW it was built for us. Stephanie Hall (our DW Sales Consultant) and John Sheffield (our DW Builder) both represented David Weekley exceptionally well! My husband and I simply can't imagine our home-buying experience going any better with that dynamic duo! Stephanie and John were so informative, responsive, forthcoming, kind, and respectful. They simply went above and beyond at every turn, and because of this, we will never forget our first Texas home-buying experience. Long live David Weekley!!!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Our new DW Home Review Our overall experience of building the home from scratch was amazing. Both my agent and builder kept me informed about the updates regarding my home and we(both me and my wife) were active and were able to do bi-weekly visits during the build process. It was a new and funny experience for us as this was was first home. We informed builder/agent of any differences from what was picked/chosen and the builder promptly got them addressed. From pre-dry wall to close, Cameron followed up with us closely and Tanja did amazing job of keeping up updated on entire process. If there is something I had to suggest, here it is. 1)Design center experience could be improved to give us a realistic idea of how home look like with selections made. My wife was little upset about trim color of Garage door and Gutters installed. 2)Water shutoff for the home(atleast for us) is placed upstairs in the small utility rom which makes it a difficult to install water purification system as there isn't much space there. Ideally placing it in garage would have been much better approach for all practical reasons.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from not a 100% happy customer Sales Person Stephanie is awesome in keeping us informed about progress of home. But not happy with builder and workman ship quality of DavidWeekley. 2 times builder change happened for our home. First change was valid due to builder personal reason but 2nd change dont know why it happened. After the 2nd builder change, home construction speed increased all of the sudden that we felt home was built in hurry by not considering quality and just to focus on delivering home by certain deadline. I felt our builder should be more focused on workers when working on critical items like flooring, garage door, appliances, cabinets, HVAC, door and window trims. As i have found lot of issues related to these and it was a lot of hassle for us to follow up with builder to get it fixed. And some of these are not fixed to our satisfaction before closing. In short 1.sales team is awesome 2. Build quality is not good because of builder inattentiveness and workman ship quality 3. Need to update design option for complete scratch build and design team need to be more helpful in chosing the option which works best for customers.
