DALLAS, TX (March 30, 2016): Central Living by David Weekley Homes will host a groundbreaking ceremony for its new community of Southside Place in Dallas. The community will offer three-story single-family homes in the South Side on Lamar District.
The City of Dallas and Matthews Southwest (MSW) are revitalizing the South Side on Lamar area to attract economic investment, create jobs and grow entrepreneurship in south Dallas. The area is now home to Gilley's Dallas, the Jack Evans Police Headquarters, a boutique hotel, luxury loft apartments and an eight-screen Alamo Drafthouse Cinema. The area is also home to the Dallas Music Academy.
