Homebuyers will enjoy a private clubhouse and pool, miles of walking trails and 150 acres of open space.
The Pines at Elm Creek in Plymouth will be the second community of David Weekley homes. The builder will also build single-family homes in Chanhassen, Minnetonka and Maple Grove.
