DAVID WEEKLEY HOMES ADDS TO AWARDS COUNT WITH FOUR FROM TAMPA BAY PARADE OF HOMES
Tampa, FL (May 28, 2015): David Weekley Homes picked up four more awards at the 2015 Tampa Bay Parade of Homes. The nation’s largest privately-held home builder added four merit awards count, bringing its lengthy total to more than 665 awards for product design alone.
Chosen through the Tampa Bay Builders Association, the Parade of Homes showcases the area’s best homes during the annual event. This year’s entries included 140 submissions from 35 builders.

The four merit awards given were for The Barmore in Old Memorial Estates for $951,000-$999,999, The Thornwood in FishHawk Ranch – Manor Series for $701,000-$750,990, The Terravista in Waterset Patio Series for $451,000-$475,990 and The Marbella in Waterset Garden Series for $376,000-$400,999.
