In Chicago, nearly 175 pounds of pounds of nonperishable items and online donations were collected during the two-week drive, which ran from November 1 to 15.
“We are so grateful to our team members and trade partners who have continually stepped up and helped make our Chicago Thanksgiving Food Drive a success,” said Dianne Lombardi, purchasing coordinator and member of the CARE council with David Weekley Homes. “It is a great way for us to come together and contribute to a great cause.”
