The three awards bring the company’s total to more than 790 awards for product design and 1,285 overall. Chosen through the Greater Orlando Builders Association, the annual Parade of Homes showcases the best homes throughout Central Florida.
The model home in Weekley’s Serenoa – Garden and Cottage Series, The Arabica, received a merit award for the $300,000 - $355,000 price point. The Reef, Weekley’s model home in Laureate Park at Lake Nona – Village Series, also earned a merit award in the $620,000 - $730,000 section. And, The Highlandale, the builder’s model home in Serenoa – Garden Series, was awarded first place in the $370,000 - $420,000 category.
