The model home in Bexley – Village Series, The Tangelo, was honored twice with the Grand Award in the $626,000 - $650,000 category and for Best in Class for Kitchen Design. Additionally, The Mendocino, from the builder’s Asturia Lake Series earned a merit award in the $601,000 – $625,000 category.
