Tampa, FL (May 6, 2015): David Weekley Homes, the nation’s largest privately-held home builder, is proud to announce the hiring of Martin Frame as land acquisition manager for the company’s Tampa and Sarasota markets. Frame joins Weekley Homes with more than 10 years’ experience in both the construction and financing sectors.
“Martin comes to David Weekley Homes with significant expertise in real estate and acquisitions, having been an acquisition manager for a large national home builder, a lead analyst for a private money fund, an asset manager for several multifamily projects and a research analyst for a large apartment investment firm,” said Shad Tome, area president for David Weekley Homes. “In short, Martin has ‘done it all’ in real estate!”
Frame will be focusing on locating new opportunities for David Weekley Homes in the Tampa and Sarasota markets, in both master-planned communities and in smaller neighborhood enclaves throughout both towns. David Weekley Homes currently builds in 10 communities in Tampa and offers its Central Living product lines in South Tampa, St. Petersburg and in the city. Weekley Homes recently introduced its Central Living product line in Sarasota in March 2015.
“By focusing on Tampa and Sarasota, Martin will explore homesite opportunities in master-planned communities and smaller enclave neighborhoods,” Tome said. “These opportunities will consist of raw land we can design and development for our unique product and high-density, in-fill land prospects for both attached and detached housing.”
