New David Weekley Homes Coming Soon to Parkview Terrace 


Portland, OR (July 3, 2024): David Weekley Homes, one of the largest privately held national home builders, will soon begin building high-quality homes in two sections within the Forest Grove community of Parkview Terrace. The builder recently broke ground on a new model home and is expected to open for sales late summer 2024. 

Once open, The Moreland model within the Paired Villas section will feature three bedrooms, two full baths, one half bath and a two-car garage. This 1,823-square-foot, two-story paired townhome will include an upstairs retreat, spacious private yard, chef’s kitchen and fireplace.

The additional floor plans in the paired townhome series will showcase three bedrooms, two full baths, one half bath and two-car garages within approximately 1,600 to 1,990 square feet of living space. In the Parkview Terrace detached homes series, Weekley will feature additional single-family floor plans ranging from approximately 2,260 to 3,200 square feet of living space with three to six bedrooms, two to four full baths, one half bath and two- to three-car garage.

Conveniently located between Highway 8 and Highway 47, residents in Parkview Terrace will enjoy direct access to Thatcher City Park with a play structure, dog park and baseball fields and convenience to Henry Hagg Lake County Park. Students within the community will attend Forest Grove School District schools.
