New Phase of Encore by David Weekley Homes Coming Soon to Victory

Encore by David Weekley Homes plans to open The Dynamic model home for tours in The Heights at Victory this summer.

Phoenix, AZ (March 11, 2026): Encore by David Weekley Homes, the 55+ lifestyle division of David Weekley Homes, will soon begin building a new phase of homes in The Ridge at Victory and The Heights at Victory, located within the master-planned community of Victory at Verrado in Buckeye, AZ. 

In this new phase of The Ridge at Victory, buyers will be able to select from seven one-story floor plans. The homes will be situated on 68-foot homesites and feature approximately 2,500 to 3,200 square feet of living space. Two new model homes, The Kellner and The Stagecraft, are expected to open for tours this summer.

In The Heights at Victory, the builder will offer seven new one-story floor plans, ranging from approximately 2,700 to 3,500 square feet of living space and situated on 80-foot homesites. A limited number of homesites will back to the golf course. Two new model homes, The Dynamic and The Fascinate, are slated to open this summer.
