Social Media E-mail Signature

Adding social media icons to your e-mail signature is a great way to direct our Customers to our social media channels and gain more fans.

It’s easy to do!

Copy and paste these six icons below (all at once) into your Outlook Signature menu, underneath your last line of text.
Note for Outlook Web Access users: this must be done using Internet Explorer.

Remember, these icons are the official social media network icons so do not manipulate them in any way! Here are some best practices to make sure your e-mail signature doesn’t get lost in translation:

• Use a plain text font so recipients can easily read
• Avoid too many colors in your signature
• Try keeping your signature to four lines, seven at most
• Font size should be between 10-14 pt.
