We recently had the pleasure of working with a great team for our new home purchase: Lisa Hall was our real estate agent and Zach Capell of David Weekley was the builder. The experience from start to finish was very positive. Lisa set the stage by listening carefully to our selection needs and guiding us through the available lots in Serenity. Her communication was proactive, she was always available to answer our questions, and communicated very well during the selection and build phases. She made the process of selection of home plans and signing contracts stress-free. When it came to the construction phase with Zach from David Weekley, we were consistently impressed by his commitment to quality craftsmanship and attention to detail. Zach and his team delivered a beautiful, high-quality home that exceeded our expectations. The build process was transparent, with regular updates provided by Zach and Lisa, and issues were addressed without hassle. Together, this team made the process of buying and building a home a smooth and exciting journey. Their professionalism, expertise, and genuine care for their clients shine through in their work. We couldn't be happier with my new home and highly recommend both Lisa and Zach to anyone looking to build in the Serenity neighborhood with David Weekley.

He was very gracious in making some of the changes that were necessary for us to be satisfied.
