New homeowner

My home was built when I purchased so I didn't have the pleasure to see it built. But then again probably for the better I don't think I have the patience to wait that long to build. the experience was the best experience I've ever had buying a new home. The information was given all in details from the representatives, very helpful and very professional. Thank you Page, Chance, Erin, Ashley. That made everything easier for me and you guys were always available for me whenever I needed something.

Great job from start to finish

We enjoyed the whole experience. From the sales team (Nate) and the design team (Jesica) and to the builder (Robert) we had a good experience, learned a lot during the process. They answered all of our questions and they went out of their way to build our dream house.

Our experience with David Weekley Homes was absolutely excellent from start to finish. Ms. Carrie and Mr. Trey went above and beyond to make the entire process smooth and enjoyable. They provided all the information we needed, guided us step by step, and always took the time to answer every question with patience and care. Truly Amazing and Professional from Day One

We had an absolutely amazing experience buying our first home with David Weekley. Sales consultant Lottie and our builder Jeremy, they were incredibly helpful and answered all our first-time buyer questions patiently. The craftsmanship is superb, and we're constantly getting compliments on the beautiful finishes and overall design. Thank you, David Weekley and the entire team at South Brook, for making what could have been a stressful process an enjoyable and rewarding journey. We couldn't be happier with our new home and would definitely recommend David Weekley to anyone, especially first-time buyers.

Backstory... I've been a Tx Realtor for a long time and have even worked for a builder so please consider that in my review. Builders are like car manufacturers... there are basic models all the way to custom luxury. So as far as production builders go, David Weekley really is one of the best! Has been for as long as I have been in real estate. Their home are classics and will hold their value as long as the neighborhood and maintenance is performed. That said I live my home! It is well designed and beautiful! Just got my 1st utility bills and I must say I am pleased given this Texas heat! I absolutely loved working with Deanna in LaCima. Ryan the Construction Manager got all out honey do's done by the time we closed and now we are working with the Warranty department to tighten up a few loose ends. All the professionals we have worked with are great people. They understand the high expectations people have and are willing to go above and beyond to deliver. Again super pleased my husband and I decided to buy a David Weekley Home in LaCima! I hope anyone who is on the fence we worked their recommended parters for Mortgage, Title and Homeowners Insurance. So it was a seemless purchase that made our lives easier. And the mortgage rates for built homes is outstanding. Run don't walk to the David Weekley model home in La Cima. Tell Deanna I sent you!

David Weekley New Home Build

Our experience with David Weekley Homes was surprisingly pleasant and stress-free as anyone could hope for. From the beginning, our sales representative was helpful, knowledgeable and answered every question we could throw at her. She helped walk us through the process explaining how the process worked and gathered lots of information that we requested before we even finalized the sale. The selection process was super organized and easy to put together. It was obvious that the company knew what and how to get this done in the most efficient and customer focused way. Our builder was amazing to work with and most things were taken care of before we even had to ask. They delivered a finished product that was so close to being perfect at our final walkthrough, that we didn't see many things that needed attention at all. We were extremely happy with our purchase and the whole building process. It felt like we were on a team that wanted us to love our house as much as they took pride in building it. After living in the house for a few weeks, we discovered a design problem that needed to be addressed. David Weekley immediately took charge of the situation, fixed it and even covered the cost of the upgraded option that we had added to the fix. We are very, very happy with this builder and home and would 100% recommend them to anyone in need of a good home building experience.
