Up to 10% of the home’s base price as flex dollars offer (home discount, design upgrades or flex options, financing incentives or closing costs) only valid for Homebuyers who purchase a David Weekley To-Be-Built home in the Austin-area communities of Caliterra, Double Creek Crossing, Goodnight Ranch, Headwaters, Kissing Tree, La Cima, Leander Estates, Rees Landing Estates, Sunfield or Wolf Ranch – West Bend during the Program Period). Offer must be presented to Sales Consultant prior to signing the Purchase Agreement. Design upgrades must be made through David Weekley Homes. Homebuyer must pay for any selections in excess of the incentive amount. Cash or credit will not be given in lieu of incentive amount. Home discount can only be used to reduce the price as low as the Base Price of the Home; any excess can be used for options, financing incentives or closing costs as outlined above. *Financing incentive offer only valid for Homebuyers who purchase a David Weekley To-Be-Built home in select Austin-area communities during the Program Period and finance the home purchase with a mortgage from Priority Home Mortgage. Contact loan officer for details on financing programs. Borrower must meet lender’s qualification criteria. Incentive is in addition to the Financing Incentive in the Purchase Agreement. Total Financing Incentive may not exceed regulatory limits on Seller contributions. If the incentive amount exceeds the allowable Seller contribution limits, the remainder cannot be applied as a discount to the Purchase Price of the home or any other credit. No cash will be given outside of closing. Offer must be presented to Sales Consultant prior to the signing of the Purchase Agreement. You are NOT required to use Priority Home Mortgage as a condition for purchase of the subject property, but you will not otherwise receive the incentives described herein.
