What to Expect When Making Design Selections
When the contract is signed to build your David Weekley home from the ground up and construction is almost ready to begin, it’ll then be time to select colors and finish materials for the interior of your upcoming home. A professional Design Consultant will lead you through this process and take the time to get to know you and your preferences. Together you’ll create a look for your new home that’s a true reflection of your personality.
To make your selections, you’ll visit our Design Center, which is your one-stop-shop for designing your new home. From countertops and cabinets to flooring and faucets and everything in between, you’ll be able to browse, touch and feel samples of the various design options. Guided by the expertise of your Design Consultant, you’ll match your own tastes with our variety of Custom Choices™ and make your design selections.

Not valid with any other offer or previously written contracts. $25,000 credit on Design Center kitchen selections offer only valid for Homebuyers who purchase a David Weekley To-Be-Built home in the Salt Lake City-area community of The Dawn at Daybreak between January 2, 2026, and February 28, 2026 (the Program Period). Incentive amount not to exceed $25,000. Design Center kitchen selections must be made through the David Weekley Homes Design Center in Salt Lake City, UT.
