These homes are in various stages of the building process – some may already be completed – and are ready for immediate purchase. This option is especially excellent for those who don’t have time to juggle their move with a seller or are interested in owning a new home but would prefer not to wait to build from the ground up.
With Quick Move-in Homes, many personalized choices such as paint colors, carpet, appliances and countertops have already been selected. These Designer-curated choices are esthetically pleasing and reflective of timeless trends. With all these selections already made, you are empowered to check one more item off your moving to-do list and prepare to live in your beautiful new home.
When you purchase a new David Weekley home, you receive an industry-leading warranty that protects your investment. Our three-tier warranty is comprehensive and includes a dedicated Warranty Representative who will be there for you to explain the warranty and assist with any issues after movein. Offer must be presented to Sales Consultant prior to the signing the Purchase Agreement. Package value and items may vary by plan and may not be substituted for additional products or colors, and must be selected through the David Weekley Homes Design Center in Nashville, TN. Appliance package selections are limited to the options available for the specific home plan at the Design Center. Homebuyer must pay for any selections in excess of the incentive amount. Cash or credit will not be given in lieu of incentive amount. *Financing incentive offer only valid for Homebuyers who also finance the home purchase with a mortgage loan from a Preferred Lender (Highlands Residential Mortgage or Fairway Independent Mortgage Corporation). Contact loan officer for details on rate buydown or other financing programs. Borrower must meet lender’s qualification criteria.
