When it comes to securing your new home loan, our Preferred Lenders will guide you through the new home financing process from application through to closing. Together with your David Weekley Home Team, the working relationships with our Preferred Lenders can make the purchase process easier and convenient. Our relationship with lenders allows for us to work together to answer questions to keep the loan process moving forward, while communicating with you throughout the entirety of your homebuying journey.

Offer only valid for qualifying buyers who purchase a select David Weekley Quick Move-in Home in the Tampa area between September 1, 2025, and November 30, 2025 (the Program Period), and finance the home purchase with a 7/6 adjustable rate mortgage loan from Grace Home Lending.
