Level 1:
After you close, your home is covered by the David Weekley Homes one-year limited warranty, plus the appliance manufacturers’ warranties. Your very own Warranty Service Manager who is assigned to your home will conduct a walk-through just shy of your one-year anniversary to ensure your home is still in tip-top shape.

Level 2:
Our two-year mechanical systems warranty covers plumbing, central air conditioning and heating systems.

Should your David Weekley home experience any major structural defects during your first 10 years, that’s covered too.

We have dedicated an entire department to our warranty program to ensure you and your home are in the best hands. Homeowners can quickly and easily submit warranty requests 24 hours a day, seven days a week. David Weekley Homes wants to give you peace of mind knowing that if you ever need us, we will be there for you.

See a David Weekley Homes Sales Consultant for details. Offer only valid for qualifying buyers who purchase a select David Weekley Quick Move-in Home in the Raleigh, Durham or Chapel Hill area between November 3, 2025, and December 15, 2025 (the Program Period), and finance the home purchase with a mortgage loan from First Home Mortgage. Homes must close by January 15, 2026. The community of Encore at Chatham Park is excluded from this offer. Qualifying buyers must have a minimum FICO score of 780 and make a down payment of at least 5% of the Total Purchase Price. Borrower must meet lender’s qualification criteria. David Weekley Homes has arranged a Forward Commitment of a limited amount of mortgage financing for qualifying buyers, who finance with First Home Mortgage. Applications under the Forward Commitment will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis until the limited amount of mortgage financing is depleted, or the program end date, whichever occurs first. Actual loan pricing may be adjusted based on the borrower’s credit profile, final loan terms, and product selection. The borrower may need to pay discount points to get the rate under the commitment. This rate is not applicable for all credit profiles and not all borrowers will qualify for the rate. Offer must be presented to Sales Consultant prior to signing a Purchase Agreement and buyers who qualify for the Forward Commitment rate will not be eligible for any other Financing promotions or incentives.
