These homes are in various stages of the building process – some may already be completed – and are ready for immediate purchase. This option is especially excellent for those who don’t have time to juggle their move with a seller or are interested in owning a new home but would prefer not to wait to build from the ground up.
With Quick Move-in Homes, many personalized choices such as paint colors, carpet, appliances and countertops have already been selected.
