The required deposit for Custom Choices™ which includes your Clients' options and upgrades, is typically 25 percent at the time of selection. However, Flex Options such as a Bonus Room or 3-car Garage, require no deposit. Please check with the Sales Consultant to confirm the specific policy on making deposits.
