When your Clients purchase their new David Weekley home, our Sales Consultants will go over all the details of the Purchase Agreement before they sign. Once David Weekley’s Management Team has also signed, we will begin building their new dream home!
Contingencies Allowed
We allow a limited number of contingencies in each community on our to-be-built homes. Clients are often still trying to sell their current homes once they decide to build with us. Please have them bring in the listing agreement and make sure the home is reasonably priced to sell.

Earnest money deposits vary by community, so check with a Sales Consultant for specific amounts.
Is there an Options Deposit?
Our Homebuyer Change Requests require 100 percent deposit at the time of selection. The Options Deposit required on Custom Choices™, or options and upgrades, at the time of selection is less than this. Please check with your Client’s Sales Consultant to confirm the required amount.
