At David Weekley Homes, we know that the loan process can be a daunting task… That’s why our seasoned Sales Consultants are here to help guide your Clients through the process and ease any concerns they may have.
Apply within Five Days
Our goal is to make sure that your Clients have a great home buying and building experience with David Weekley Homes! The Purchase Agreement requires that your Clients apply for a loan within five days of the sale's effective date. We appreciate your help in making sure they meet this deadline! And, we will be checking with you and/or the lender to track progress of the loan.

“Locking” in an interest rate is entirely your Clients’ decision! Remind them to proceed with caution when choosing a date to lock in, as our delivery dates are only an estimate of when their new home will be complete.
