We had a wonderful salesperson, Denise Patricolo, who did everything in her power to make this a great experience. Our personal builder went to extraordinary measures to make sure the house was ready and even climbed a large tree to remove construction debris stuck high in the tree. I highly recommend David Weekley homes and if you’re looking for a great place to live, with no maintenance or upkeep, centrally located to great shops, restaurants, and things to do then stop by to see Denise and discover etown living.

We had weekly updates with pics and videos sent to us during our build. Rated 1 out of 5 by from My experience was good only until closing After the closing, the issues started to show up. water softener loop was missing and nobody noticed until I pointed it out, and the fix they made was painful process with so many people coming and going out with all the mud and dust is a disaster after i moved in. Some of the issues were not addressed which we showed at the first walk in till today. Window glasses are all scratched, ac compressor needs replacement , gutters leaking water, garden is messed up because the plumber dug the ground up to lay the pipes and still wasn't fixed. Interestingly nobody takes responsibility for all the troubles, talked to their manager and he sounded like i have to live with it, it is what it is , no compensation offered. Overall my experience with David weekly home is savage and a disaster. I regret my decision. I won't recommend my friends here.

The process was very very smooth and even tho the raw materials were not available for most builders, David Weekley didn’t had any issue at all. Communication was the key in making the process stress free for most part. However, the communication and follow through after closing was very poor. Several issues occurred during first weeks and 2 months later I don’t have clear communication on when issues will be addressed.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Best Builder in Florida My wife and I came down to FL and our realtor told us DWH is one of the best and after our house was completed. We would have to agree. Once we saw their Mcclenaghan home we were in love with it. When we got the call from our DWH Sales agent tell we have a lot. The whole process was amazing and tiring but in a good way (wife and I spent a total of 10 hours in the design center). DWH built our house exactly how we imagine, with some unfortunate improvements that made our vision of perm home even better. We got to use our pool tiles for an insert in our kitchen and in master shower listello and soap dish insert. From Sales, Design Center, Builder, to Warranty DWH's people are on top of everything.
