Hometown Heroes $2,000 in flex dollars (to be applied toward a home discount, Design Center credit or reduce closing costs) offer only valid for active medical personnel, firefighters, police officers, military service men and women, and teachers who purchase a David Weekley home in the San Antonio area between January 5, 2026, and December 31, 2026. David Weekley Quick Move-in homes must close by December 31, 2026. As determined solely by David Weekley Homes, Buyer must present proof of current employment with medical facility, fire department, police force, military division or school. Design Selections must be made through the David Weekley Homes Design Center in San Antonio, TX. Homebuyer must pay for any Design Selections in excess of the incentive amount. $2,000 financing incentive is in addition to the financing incentive in the Purchase Agreement; however, total financing incentive, including closing costs incentive, may not exceed regulatory limits on Seller contributions. Otherwise, any unused portion of the $2,000 credit can be applied to closing costs. Closing costs incentive offer only valid for Homebuyers who purchase a David Weekley home in the San Antonio area during the Program Period and finance the home purchase with a mortgage loan from Priority Home Mortgage.
