Everyone told us that the home building experience would be a frustrating and long experience. They were wrong! We were told the house would be done by middle to end of March and we were moved in by the middle of February. Justin Valdez was amazing! He kept us in the know through out the whole process. We were so impressed with how he paid attention to details and stayed ahead of any things that needed to be fixed before we even pointed it out. If we did find something before him he always had it fixed within a reasonable time. Yolanda really added a personal touch to our final Walk through. The gifts that she gathered for us for personal and heart felt. She and Justin really made us feel like a friend through out this process!

Just know that they will happen. When we hit those bumps, our builder, Thomas, communicated well and made sure we understood what was being done to resolve the issue. Our DW agent, Lacey, was very accessible and responsive to our questions. She was great to work with. We love the quality of our home. It feels solid. Every day I look at my husband and say, "I love our home!".

It was just what we had in mind. Yolanda took such good care of us. As things progressed, it just all came together. Our builder, Nick really knew what he was doing. Each time we had an update, our questions were answered. We still can’t believe how smoothly it all went. Now that we have moved in, it is amazing and we love our new home. It is a dream. David Weekley attention to detail has paid off and we are so appreciative.

From initial design to home completion, we were greeted every step of the way with incredible individuals interested in making our dream home a reality! We've heard nightmare stories from friends in the area, and are pleased to say that we didn't experience any such thing with DWH. We highly recommend using them to build your dream home!

It was such a fun surprise to drive up to our beautiful new home to get our keys and get the red carpet treatment... literally!!! Couldn't be happier! Can't wait to meet our new neighbors.

But they didn't adhere to the timeline, and so I took a star away from the review. The warranty team is pretty average too, not a lot of respoect for people's time. I would highly recommend both Yolanda and Alysha though. They are great people and fun to work with!

We appreciated the assistance up front in making critical decisions. The weekly call update kept us assured that we were on track. Deadlines were met without fail, which was critical for us. We had to wait a while to begin building due to lot availability, but it has been worth it. Our building team really did an amazing job of keeping us informed and making sure the final product was exactly the home we wanted. We are very happy.

There are many things that made me and my wife happy but I would call out mainly two things i.e. Heather part of sales team and Scott who built the house. They are super responsive, very flexible and supportive. We always enjoyed talking to them and it is always like talking to a family member. However, I do have couple of comments, 1. Lacked attention to details such as electrical fittings are not aligned to center etc. 2. Very limited options available in design center.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from My builder made the whole process great I was hesitant to build as I needed a home quickly (mine sold and I was living with family) - after I was unable to find anything I liked, my realtor pointed me to David Weekly to at least have a conversation. Best. Decision. Ever. The sales consultant put my mind at ease and after meeting the builder, I knew it was the right approach for me. In the end, I could not have been any more pleased with my builder, the process, and ultimately, my cute home. The build never fell behind schedule, I was always kept informed and I was encouraged to be active and involved in the process. In the end, I couldn't be happier with my new home, and the new friends I made along the way.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from So Glad We Chose David Weekley We our so thrilled with the home built for us by David Weekley Homes. We are old timers in home ownership, but first timers building a home. We owned three homes over the last 40 years (yes we're old), and chose David Weekly to build our home in Utah while we were still living in Missouri. To us, having a builder we could trust to build the high quality home we signed on for was essential. Of course, the proof is in the doing. The whole process with David Weekley was efficient, reliable and actually, enjoyable. Our sales super lady Lacy was so helpful in every aspect of the process, from inking a contract with home design changes important to us, to helping with design center choices. Scott, our building coordinator was equally amazing. Scott looked after every detail, and his communication each week kept us appraised of progress, and if there was a question about any detail, he would call to make sure it was what we wanted. We were over a 1000 miles away from the build, and it was done to perfection. We love our new home. Yes everything works, everything is as we asked for, and every special request was handled to perfection. We strongly recommend anyone who is considering building a home to consider David Weekley Homes. We are sure glad we did.

Having previously lived in a planned community, Daybreak met all of our expectations. Within the development there were numerous builders to choose from and products provided. Our selection of David Weekly Homes was rather straight forward with the home movement, open, and space efficient plans; numerous elevations for personalization; energy efficiency; and wonderful turn key support from David Weekly's Sales Consultant and Builder Superintendent. Both the Sales Consultant and Builder Superintendent worked with us continuously and coordinated with us the home phases from selection through construction. The overall schedule was continuously monitored and maybe accelerated for an early completion. We felt David Weekly Homes' Representatives were our advocates and mutually supported our best interests. With the combination of the amenities within the Daybreak Community, support and quality of the David Weekly Homes' Consultant and Superintendent made for a great relationship and product we had anticipated, expected, and brought to fruition. I would highly recommend the David Weekly Homes Team.

By the end of the build I knew I didn't have to worry about anything because they were already on top of it! We couldn't be happier. I knew we would love the home but Tracy and Dave helped us love the whole process. Thanks to both of them. David Weekley should be proud to have them as part of their team.

But the builder and David Weekly Representative went through the entire house with us after our purchase to explain all the features and ins and outs of the house. They have been available when we have had questions and needed some small things corrected. They gave us some house supplies such as soaps, TP, paper towels and such when we moved in.

Both of the homes are fantastic in how they are laid out and how they are built. I couldn't be more pleased. The sales and warranty staff, and the builder have provided customer service beyond my expectations and as good as I've received in any purchase of any size. Their follow through is beyond impressive. A totally positive experience.

I was able to go to my house any time I wanted to check up on the progress, no matter what time or day, which was nice. I was always welcomed there. The only thing I didnt love was having to fix the same thing multiple times, was fixed or done properly the first time with a few things, but once I brought up my conerned they listened and acted on it.

Alicia, Scott and everyone my wife and I worked with during the process was as professional and capable as they could be, but also warm and empathetic. I was so impressed with the home and the DW team I immediately bought another home.
