Orlando, FL (April 8, 2015): David Weekley Homes, the nation’s largest privately-held home builder, has broken ground on their final phase in Spring Lake at Celebration. Phase III will consist of 86 homesites and will feature the home builder’s Bungalow, Garden, Villa and Townhome series, ranging in size from 1,600 to 2,700 square feet and starting from the $290s.

Orlando, FL (April 7, 2015): For a limited time, David Weekley Homes wants homebuyers to build the home of their dreams, inspired by them. From now until June 30, 2015, the nation’s largest privately-held home builder is offering Orlando buyers $15,000 to use toward a decorator allowance, home discount or closing costs.

RALEIGH, NC (March 31, 2015): David Weekley Homes team members partnered with the Ronald McDonald House of Durham to collect basic necessities for families in need. The Raleigh team spent an afternoon spreading cheer and lifting spirits of children and their families, and preparing a home cooked meal for 75 families currently residing at the facility.

Austin, TX (March 27, 2015): Homebuyers who purchase a David Weekley to-be-built home in Austin can design it their way, for a limited time, in participating communities. During the program period, customers will receive up to $15,000 in design options from the David Weekley Homes Design Center in Austin. The home builder’s promotional campaign ends March 31.

INDIANAPOLIS, IN (March 26, 2015): Known for building with energy efficiency in mind, David Weekley Homes has announced it will begin using a new sheathing product in its Indianapolis-area homes. ISO RED ci Polyisocyanurate (polyiso) exterior sheathing greatly reduces heat loss through wall framing. Advantages of using polyiso include a 10 percent higher R-value rating in homes. An R-value is a measurement of the effectiveness of a home’s insulation in resisting heat passing through it. The higher the R-value, the more effective the insulation’s thermal performance, resulting in lower energy usage for the homeowner.

CHARLESTON, SC (March 26, 2015) – David Weekley homebuyers will receive up to a $10,000 decorator allowance when they purchase a new home in select Charleston-area communities. The incentive can be used to customize their new home with selections from the David Weekley Homes Design Center.

Jacksonville, FL (March 18, 2015): Living out its purpose of Building Dreams, Enhancing Lives, David Weekley Homes recently held a fundraiser to benefit the family of Bob Foster, who lost his fight with non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma. The Foster the Love event brought in nearly 500 people and raised more than $20,000 to benefit Bob’s family, including his three young children.
