ATLANTA, GA: David Weekley Homes has opened for sales in Vinings Brooke, a community located on the south side of historic Cobb County that will feature 36 homes. A fully furnished model home is expected to open for tours in early July.

DALLAS, TX (June 2, 2015): Central Living by David Weekley Homes will host a grand opening event on Saturday, June 6, at The Villas at Garrett Avenue. The grand opening is scheduled from noon to 3 p.m. at the newly opened model home, located at 5106 Garrett Stream Court. The event is free and open to the public, and will include food and prize giveaways.

Tampa, FL: David Weekley Homes picked up four more awards at the 2015 Tampa Bay Parade of Homes. The nation’s largest privately-held home builder added four merit awards count, bringing its lengthy total to more than 665 awards for product design alone.

CHARLOTTE, NC: David Weekley Homes, the nation’s largest privately-held home builder, announced that construction is under way on the final phase of 13 homes in Hawthorne. This intimate David Weekley-built community located in Harrisburg, North Carolina, will have about 100 homes upon completion of this final phase. To date, the award-winning builder has sold 70 homes in Hawthorne.
