Bonus commission offer valid for Real Estate Agents who sell a David Weekley Quick Move-in Home in the Denver area between July 1, 2025, and July 31, 2025 (the Program Period). Bonus commission amounts vary and are based on the date of sale and closing deadline. To qualify for the $5,000 bonus, the home must be sold between July 1–7, 2025, and close by August 15, 2025. For the $4,000 bonus, the sale must occur between July 8–14, 2025, and also close by August 15, 2025. The $3,000 bonus applies to homes sold between July 15–21, 2025, with a closing by August 31, 2025. Homes sold between July 22–31, 2025, and closed by August 31, 2025, qualify for the $2,500 bonus. Bonus commission paid at time of closing and funding. Agent must be listed on the Commission Protection Agreement at the time of the first write up (Sale Date). Agent must meet all other requirements for earning any commissions on each sale per the Commission Protection Agreement and applicable Colorado law. Homes purchased by agents for any purpose other than owner occupancy are not eligible for commissions. Real Estate Agent is responsible for any income taxes on the bonus commission, and any other costs incurred in connection with same.
