Real Estate Agents will receive one (1) entry for each Client (individual or jointly represented) who registers with a Sales Consultant in a David Weekley model home from October 1, 2025, through December 31, 2026. Entries are valid only for the drawing associated with the participation period in which the Client registration occurs. Drawings after each participation period will be held on the first business day of the month following each participation period. Agent must register Client on their first visit to the community on a Commission Protection Agreement. To receive the trip, the Agent must also meet all applicable travel terms and conditions and complete travel within one (1) calendar year after receiving their travel voucher. If Agent does not take the travel voucher, for any reason, Agent will not be entitled to any other compensation in lieu of the travel voucher. Agent is responsible for any fee-splitting or other compensation owed to sponsoring broker for the value of the travel voucher. Agent is responsible for any income taxes on the value of the travel voucher and any other costs incurred in connection with same.
