Rhodine Model Home Sale

The model home buying process was amazing. Any and all pre-home inspection noted discrepancies were corrected/repaired or mitigated in the closing timeframe I needed it too. Especially, the mold miitigation along with providing certified proof the matter had been resolved. The Builder's Manager Rob even gave me valuable pointers at the final walkthrough. More importantly, the garage floor was kind of crappy and because model homes are normally buy as is. But Rob the builder/DWH surprised me at walkthrough with a beautiful epoxy garage floor. I was so elated and relieved that I won't have to incur that cost. Plus, that epoxy garage flooring just added to the elegance of my new home. Stephane A. (sales) and Rob V., (the warranty guy) were both a blessing during this home purchase process. Stephanie answer expedited every probably annoying question and concern I had regarding this model home. Rob V was such comfort and pleasure to work with. He too tackled all my warranty questions and outlined in grave details what I needed to ensure I kept of my end of the warranty process, and he help me get replacement parts for the microwave and refrigerator that I missed on the final walk through. The entire DHW Rhodine team were extremely helpful, and they each mad this home model home the best home purchase I had in the last 20 years. This model home purchase may or may not be my forever home, but if I ever have to buy another home it would definitely be a DWH.

David Weekley Homes for the Win!!

We had a great experience with David Weekley Homes from start to finish. Our sales consultant, Tri Phung, was fantastic - knowledgeable, responsive, and genuinely helpful throughout the process. On the construction side, Ben Welch (builder representative) kept everything moving smoothly and communicated clearly during pre-close and post-close. After move-in, Jackson Kriel from warranty services has been excellent as well - quick to respond and easy to work with. Overall, a very positive experience across sales, construction, and warranty.

The entire has been so responsive to everything. Big thank you to Chris the builder for allowing us to have tape for plantation shutters on the inside windows prior to closing. Shortened the time to installation. We really appreciated it.

Knowing Greg is there to help after closing has made us feel even better about our decision. His responsiveness, professionalism, and willingness to make sure everything is perfect has gone above and beyond our expectations. We are so happy and excited to start this new chapter in our beautiful home. The entire team made this such a positive experience, and we are incredibly grateful for the care, communication, and dedication they showed before, during, and after the purchase. We would highly recommend this team to anyone looking for not just a house, but a truly great home-buying experience.

We had an excellent experience with David Weekley Homes. This is a very well run company with systems in place to ensure a great experience and final home. We moved into this home from a new home built by a supposedly high end builder. The Weekley home is constructed better. The employees were all professional, friendly, helpful, and competent. We definitely recommend building with Weekley.

When they start a home, you can be assured that it will be completed within 6 months or less. They choose quality lots in superb neighborhoods for top resale values and their sales personnel are friendly and professional.
