Bonus Commission applies to Real Estate Agents who sell two (2) or more David Weekley homes in the Atlanta area between January 1, 2026, and December 31, 2026. Bonuses are based on the order of sale date (contract date), not closing date, and are paid at closing and funding. Incentive must be presented before Buyer signs the Purchase Agreement. All commissions will appear on the closing disclosure and be paid by check to the Broker who is identified at the time of the first contract, unless otherwise released. No cash will be given in lieu of check. Real Estate Agent must meet all other requirements for earning a commission on each sale (per Commission Protection Agreement and applicable Georgia law), and must be listed as the Real Estate Agent on the agreement at the time of the first write up (Sale Date). Any home purchased by a Real Estate Agent for any purpose other than owner occupancy will not be eligible for a Bonus. Real Estate Agent is responsible for any income taxes on the Bonus, and any other costs incurred in connection with same. Real Estate Agent is also responsible for any legally required disclosure of the Bonus to the Agent’s Client. David Weekley Homes may modify or cancel this program at any time.
