Bonus Commission applies to Real Estate Agents who sell two (2) or more David Weekley homes in the Austin area between January 1, 2026, and December 31, 2026. Bonuses are based on the order of sale date (contract date), not closing date, and are paid at closing and funding. Incentive must be presented before Buyer signs the Purchase Agreement. All commissions will appear on the closing disclosure and be paid by check to the Broker who is identified at the time of the first contract, unless otherwise released. Agent must meet all other requirements under applicable Texas law and the Commission Protection Agreement, and be listed as the Agent on the contract as of the Sale Date. Homes purchased by agents for any purpose other than owner occupancy are not eligible for commissions. Agents are responsible for any taxes or related obligations.
