Spook-tacular Poker Run Rules
Start at the David Weekley Homes Nexus – Village Collection model home to collect your card and then visit the seven Quick Move-in Homes, where you will be dealt one card at each home.
There are 52 cards in the pack and the ranking of the individual cards, from high to low, is ace, king, queen, jack, 10, 9, 8, 7, 6, 5, 4, 3, 2. There is no ranking between the suits. Your poker hand consists of five cards. The categories of hand, from highest to lowest, are:
- Royal Flush: 10 through ace in the same suit
- Straight Flush: five cards of the same suit in consecutive numerical order
- Four of a Kind: four cards of the same denomination
- Full House: three cards of the same denomination and a pair of a different denomination
- Flush: five cards in the same suit
- Straight: five consecutive cards in mixed suits
- Three of a Kind: three cards of the same denomination (suit doesn’t matter)
- Two Pair: two cards of the same denomination plus any other two cards of the same denomination
The Real Estate Agent with the winning hand will receive a $300 Visa gift card, and the best dressed Real Estate Agent will receive a $150 Visa gift card!
