With Quick Move-in Homes, many personalized choices such as paint colors, carpet, appliances and countertops have already been selected. These Designer-curated choices are aesthetically pleasing and reflective of timeless trends. With all these selections already made, your Clients are empowered to check one more item off their moving to-do list and prepare to live in their beautiful new home.
When your Clients purchase a new David Weekley home, they receive an industry-leading warranty that protects their investment. Our three-tier warranty is comprehensive and includes a dedicated Warranty Representative who will be there for them to explain the warranty and assist with any issues after move-in. They will also provide routine maintenance reminders and support to help keep their home in top condition.

Commission paid at time of closing.
