These homes are in various stages of the building process – some may already be completed – and are ready for immediate purchase. With Quick Move-in Homes, many personalized choices such as paint colors, carpet, appliances and countertops have already been selected. Homes must close by August 15, 2026. For travel voucher, Homebuyer must complete travel by August 15, 2027. If a Homebuyer does not take the trip after selecting the travel voucher, for any reason, Homebuyer will not be entitled to any other compensation in lieu of the travel voucher. Homebuyer is responsible for any income taxes on the value of the travel voucher, and any other costs incurred in connection with same. As a condition to the travel voucher, Homebuyer must agree to David Weekley Homes standards of conduct, and agree to hold David Weekley Homes free and harmless from any claims for property loss or personal injury incurred in connection with the trip. Homebuyer must complete all appropriate tax forms as provided by David Weekley Homes before travel voucher will be given. Cash will not be given in lieu of travel voucher.
