4% Commission in Verrado Highlands

Offer not valid with any other promotions or on previously written contracts. Qualifying Real Estate Agents may earn up to a 4% total commission—3% standard plus a 1% bonus—on the Base Price of Quick Move-in Homes in the Verrado Highlands community (Phoenix area). Homes must be sold between May 23 and August 31, 2025, and close by December 31, 2025. Incentive must be presented prior to signing of the contract. Agent must be listed on the Agent-Client Registration Agreement at the time of the first write up (Sale Date). Agent must meet all other requirements for earning any commissions on each sale per the Registration Agreement and applicable Arizona law. Homes purchased by agents for any purpose other than owner occupancy are not eligible for commissions. David Weekley Homes has sole discretion in determining eligibility.
