As determined solely by David Weekley Homes, buyer must present proof of current employment with medical facility, fire department, police force, school or military division. Offer must be presented to Sales Consultant prior to the signing of the contract. Design selections must be made through the David Weekley Homes Design Center in Charlotte, NC. Homebuyer must pay for any design selections in excess of the incentive amount. Closing costs offer only valid for Homebuyers who purchase a David Weekley home in the Charlotte-area community of Hardy Pond or Hardy Pond Townhomes during the Program Period and finance the home purchase with a mortgage loan from Grace Home Lending, LLC.* Incentive is limited to actual closing costs incurred, subject to any regulatory limits on Seller contribution to closing costs.
