You will be eligible for one (1) entry when you and a Client tour one of our Quick Move-in Homes and five (5) entries when you sell a home in the Houston-area communities of ARTAVIA, The Meadows at Imperial Oaks, The Woodlands Hills, The Highlands or The Highlands- Encore Collection, between August 1 and December 31, 2024.
One Real Estate Agent’s name will be drawn from all collected entries on January 7, 2025.

One (1) entry for a chance to receive one (1) $7,500 Trip Voucher will be given to a Real Estate Agent for each Client who registers and tours a David Weekley Quick Move-in Home in the Houston-area communities of ARTAVIA, The Meadows at Imperial Oaks, The Woodlands Hills, The Highlands or The Highlands - Encore Collection, between August 1 and December 31, 2024 (the Program Period). Five (5) additional entries for a chance to receive one (1) $7,500 Trip Voucher will be given to a Real Estate Agent for each David Weekley home they sell in the aforementioned Houston-area communities, during the Program Period. Cash will not be given in lieu of $7,500 Trip Voucher. Real Estate Agent must be procuring cause and register client on their first visit to the community on a Real Estate Agent Registration form. To receive trip, Real Estate Agent must meet all other terms and conditions for travel, and must complete travel by July 31, 2025. As a condition to the trip, Real Estate Agent must agree to David Weekley Homes standards of conduct, and agree to hold David Weekley Homes free and harmless from any claims for property loss or personal injury incurred in connection with the trip. If Real Estate Agent does not take the voucher, for any reason, Real Estate Agent will not be entitled to any other compensation in lieu of the voucher. Real Estate Agent is responsible for any fee-splitting or other compensation owed to sponsoring broker for the value of the voucher. Real Estate Agent must meet all other requirements for earning a commission on each sale (per Commission Protection Agreement and applicable Texas law), and must be listed as the Real Estate Agent on the agreement at the time of the first write-up. Any home purchased by a Real Estate Agent for any purpose other than owner occupancy will not be eligible for an entry. If the sale cancels during the Program Period, the sale does not count towards qualification for an entry. Real Estate Agent is responsible for any income taxes on the value of the Trip Voucher and any other costs incurred in connection with same. David Weekley Homes reserves the right to terminate program or change rules at any time.
